Early in the morning, Sigiriya Rock before the sun becomes too strong, which is wonderful for taking pictures and climbing to the summit, then return to the hotel for breakfast before driving to Kandy while also stopping in Dambulla Golden Cave Temple, Nalanda Gedige and Hindu Temple, Sri Lankan Kandyan Dance in the Evening, and Later Temple of Tooth. Spend the night in Kandy The Sigiriya Rock is perhaps Sri Lanka's most breathtaking sight. The "Lion Rock" is a magnificent, massive monolith that rises 600 feet (183 meters) from the luxuriant jungle and was once one of the most exquisite royal cities to ever grace the earth. It is now one of the best preserved and most elaborate surviving urban sites in Asia and is frequently referred to as the eighth wonder of the world. Cave Temple Dambulla: Sri Lanka's cave temple, sometimes referred to as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, is located in the country's center and was inscribed as a World Heritage Site in 1991. 72 km north of Kandy and 148 km east of Colombo are the locations of this site. The complex of cave temples there is the biggest and finest maintained in Sri Lanka. The rock dominates the surrounding lowlands by 160 meters. Throughout the neighborhood, there are more than 80 caverns that have been identified.

After breakfast, drive to Tissamaharama, stopping along the way to see the Rawana Waterfall, the Buduruwagala Rock Temple, and the nighttime 4x4 Safari in Yala National Park (most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka, bordering the Indian Ocean) Spend the night at Tissamaharama.
Drive to Mirissa after breakfast. The beach is enjoyable in the evening. Nighttime in Mirissa.
6.30 AM whale viewing off the coast of Mirissa. Then, drive to Galle, stopping along the way to see the sea turtle hatchery and the old town of Galle Fort. Then, take the southern freeway to the airport.
